Hi there, I’m a location sound recordist and filmmaker based in New York City.
Most recently I recorded AILEEN (Netflix 2025), a feature documentary re-examining the life and crimes of Aileen Wuornos, directed by Emily Turner and produced by BBC Studios Documentary Unit and NBC News Studio. Additional recent releases include The Travel Companion (Tribeca Festival 2025), a narrative feature directed by Alex Mallis and Travis Wood; The Stimming Pool (CPH:DOX 2024), a hybrid film co-created by the Neurocultures Collective and filmmaker Steven Eastwood; and the Oscar-qualified short film There Will Come Soft Rains (Winner, Best UK Short 2025 Raindance Film Festival) directed by Elham Ehsas.
Past clients include Vogue, New York City Ballet, Vox Media, Nike, PBS, Oprah Daily, ITV (Channel 3), and Tate Gallery.
I began my career as a Marketing and Distribution Associate at the award-winning Chicago documentary production house Kartemquin Films. I consider my time on staff as some of my most formative and educative years, during which I assisted with impact and awards campaigns for social-issue documentaries I loved and believed in.
In 2022 I graduated with distinction from the University of the Arts London’s MA in Documentary Film program and later joined the sound recordist roster at UK-based diary service Linkline. I now live in New York and will happily travel to locations near and far.
I would love to hear about your project.
